Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Gub in the Box ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The Service
Gub in the Box is a casual puzzle game where you identify creatures in a box. The App is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
3. Accounts
- You may play as a guest or create an account with email
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You may delete your account at any time through the App
4. In-App Purchases
- Play packs and premium subscriptions are available through Apple's In-App Purchase system
- All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms
- Play packs are consumable and non-refundable after use
- Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Subscriptions
- Prices are in your local currency as determined by Apple
5. Premium Subscription
Premium membership includes:
- Unlimited plays
- Enhanced starting lives and time
- Time bonus and penalty modifiers
6. Fair Play
- Do not attempt to manipulate scores, exploit bugs, or use automated tools
- We reserve the right to remove accounts that violate fair play
- Anti-cheat systems are in place to maintain leaderboard integrity
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App (artwork, sounds, code, game mechanics) is owned by Mehmet Aras. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or purchase issues handled by Apple.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
